We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Bar Attendant to join our team at the South Sydney Graphic Arts Club in Mascot, NSW. This is a casual position, offering 2-3 night shifts a week of work and the opportunity to work in a vibrant hospitality environment.
This role suits someone after a solid second job, or anyone with flexible weeknight availability looking for consistent, ongoing work.
What you'll be doing
- Providing efficient and courteous table service to customers
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Ensuring the bar and surrounding areas are kept clean and well-stocked
- Adhering to all relevant liquor licensing and food safety regulations
- Contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for members and guests
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in a club environment
- Knowledge of responsible service of alcohol and food safety practices
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a friendly and efficient service
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Available for night shifts across Monday - Friday,
with opportunity for the right candidate for extra cover shifts where needed
- Punctual, trustworthy, and well-presented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
What you require
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
- RCG (Responsibly Conduct of Gambling)
- TAB & Keno training essential
- Previous gaming machine experience not required but preferred
