Gibelli Positive Pathways is a growing NDIS Behaviour Support provider delivering high-quality, person-centred services across Victoria, Western Australia, and Recent South Wales.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for Behaviour Support Practitioners (Core level and above) to join our team in multiple locations across Victoria, Western Australia, and New South Wales.

About the role
You will provide Positive Behaviour Support services to NDIS participants, including:
- Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments
- Developing and reviewing Behaviour Support Plans
- Providing implementation support and training to families, carers, and support teams
- Working collaboratively with participants and their multidisciplinary teams
- Promoting quality of life while reducing the use of restrictive practices
You'll have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while being supported by an experienced and collaborative team.
Requirements
- Current registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core level or above)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain where required)
- ABN
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Qualification in psychology, social work, counselling, education, occupational therapy, speech pathology, or another relevant discipline (minimum Diploma level)
- Experience supporting people with disability, neurodivergence, or mental health needs
- Current Qualified Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload
- Australian work rights
