We’re seeking a passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our growing team supporting NDIS participants across Melbourne, VIC.

What you’ll be doing

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored behaviour support plans
- Implement and review plans, adjusting as needed for best outcomes
- Provide training and guidance to families, carers, and support staff
- Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver integrated care
- Maintain accurate client records and meet all compliance requirements
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay across best practice

What we’re looking for

- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- BSP Registered Practitioners




- Strong understanding of evidence-based behaviour support approaches
- Proven ability to achieve positive client outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a supportive team
- Driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally as required
