At Avina, we're a national allied health and behaviour support organisation supporting communities across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and South Australia. We work across the lifespan delivering Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Dietetics and Positive Behaviour Support through community, clinic and telehealth settings.

This role offers the opportunity to deliver evidence-informed, person-centred Behaviour Support services across home, school, clinic and community environments.

We Welcome

Core & Proficient Practitioners

Experienced and Advanced Practitioners You'll be supported to work across a varied caseload, with the autonomy to structure your day while being backed by a collaborative and experienced team. What You'll Be Doing Deliver evidence-informed Behaviour Support services across a diverse caseload

Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop Behaviour Support Plans

Support participants, families and stakeholders to implement meaningful strategies





Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and Physiotherapists

Manage your own schedule with flexibility across community, clinic and telehealth settings

Participate in supervision, peer collaboration and ongoing professional development opportunities What We Offer Flexible working arrangements and hybrid options

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills A person-centred, evidence-informed approach

Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community work

NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
