Due to continued growth and upcoming project requirements, we are seeking experienced Civil Operators to join our team supporting major civil, infrastructure, defence, and construction projects throughout Townsville and surrounding regions.

About the Role

Working across a variety of civil and infrastructure projects, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of civil plant and equipment while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Operators with experience on a range of machinery are encouraged to apply.

Machinery Experience

- Excavators
- Rollers
- Backhoes
- Loaders
- Graders
- Water Carts
- Dump Trucks
- Other Civil Plant

Key Responsibilities

- Safe operation of civil plant and equipment
- Earthworks, trenching, grading, and site preparation activities




- Conducting pre-start inspections and maintenance checks
- Following project specifications and site procedures
- Working collaboratively with supervisors and site crews
- Maintaining a solid commitment to workplace health and safety
- General labouring duties where required

Essential Requirements

- Demonstrated experience operating civil machinery
- Relevant plant operating tickets and competencies
- Current Driver's Licence
- Construction Industry White Card
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Reliable and strong work ethic

Highly Regarded

- HR Licence
- Excavator Ticket
- Skid Steer Ticket
- Defence project experience
- Final Trim GPS experience
