Corrective Services NSW is seeking an experienced Metal Fabricator to lead a prison-based workshop at Macquarie Correctional Centre in Wellington NSW. The role focuses on mentoring inmates in practical fabrication, welding and workshop skills, improving employment opportunities and reducing reoffending.

As Trade Overseer (Metal Fabrication), you will manage the workshop, reinforce protected work practices and deliver accredited training while supporting national traineeships and life-skills programs
