Volkswagen Commercial and Passenger Sales Consultant

Sydney City Volkswagen is seeking an experienced Volkswagen Commercial and Passenger Sales Consultant to join our established team. In this tole you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and sales results for our growing Volkswagen fleet business. This role offers the opportunity to build long‑term relationships with corporate and commercial clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their fleet requirements.

What you'll be doing

- Proactively identify and qualify new fleet sales opportunities within your designated territory
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing fleet customers, understanding their business needs and providing expert advice on Volkswagen fleet vehicles and services
- Prepare and present comprehensive fleet proposals, negotiating competitive terms and securing new business
- Coordinate the end‑to‑end sales process, from initial inquiry through to vehicle delivery and handover
- Actively monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the broader sales team to share knowledge and support each other's success
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a fleet sales or business‑to‑business sales role,



ideally within the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of the fleet management industry and the unique needs of corporate and commercial customers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusted advisor relationships
- Demonstrated success in identifying, qualifying and closing new business opportunities
- Highly organised with the ability to effectively manage a complex sales pipeline
- A passion for the Volkswagen brand and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Previous experience using Titan DMS will be highly regarded
