Trident Services is seeking a passionate Duty Manager to oversee the delivery of integrated cleaning, security and facilities services at a major client site in Townsville. This is a unique opportunity to lead a diverse team, drive operational excellence and make a meaningful impact within a high-profile contract.

Joining us on a two-year maximum term contract , you’ll play a key role in ensuring service quality, compliance and continuous improvement while creating a positive experience for both our clients and people.

About the Role

Reporting to the Key Account Manager , you will lead day-to-day operations across integrated facilities services, including cleaning, security, and customer service. You’ll provide robust leadership, ensure contract performance and build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead daily service operations and deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Manage multidisciplinary cleaning, security and maintenance teams.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate workforce planning, rosters, onboarding and training.
- Conduct inspections, audits and compliance checks.
- Ensure WHS,



quality and contract requirements are achieved.
- Manage purchasing, budgets and operational costs.
- Prepare performance reports and identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

You are a hands-on leader with a passion for people, service excellence and operational performance. You will bring:

- 3–5 years’ experience in facilities management, integrated services, cleaning, security or property services.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and operations.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- A current Driver Licence.
- A National Police Check or willingness to obtain one.
