We’re seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Tea Gardens practice — combining clinical expertise, and a genuine care factor to make a lasting impact on patients and teams.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver evidence-based nursing care within scope of practice
- Support clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient safety systems
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary general practice team




- Contribute to chronic condition management, preventive care, and health assessments
- Minor procedure assistance
- Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Strong organisational skills and qualified accountability
- Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement in line with RACGP standards

Desirable (not essential)

- Immunisations, wound care, ECG, spirometry
- Chronic Condition Management and Health Assessments
- Experience with Best Practice software
