We are seeking a reliable and experienced Full Time Builder / Highly Skilled Handyman to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is hands‑on, organised, and confident managing a variety of operational tasks across residential and commercial projects.

Qualifications & Experience

Hands‑on experience in residential and commercial repair and maintenance

Previous experience in handyman, building, or property maintenance roles

Strong practical skills across multiple trades (carpentry, plastering, painting, tiling, etc.)

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks

Ownership of a reliable set of tools suitable for day‑to‑day maintenance and repair work

Valid White Card

Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities





Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality workmanship

Explicit, professional communication skills with a strong customer‑service focus

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Preferred licences and certifications: Scissor Lift, Boom Lift, Forklift

Tasks & Responsibilities

Carry out technical repairs, maintenance, and minor building works across residential and commercial sites

Work in line with other trades

Capable of Supervising trades

Ability to manage trades and assign works

Full understanding of works procedure and construction technical details

Perform a wide range of works

Liaise with clients and office staff to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and professionally

Use job‑tracking software to update progress, record notes, and communicate job status

Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment in line with WHS standards

Identify issues on‑site and provide practical, solution‑focused recommendations

Represent the company with professionalism, reliability, and integrity at all times
