About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Clinic Coordinator or Senior Therapistto join our team at Ascot. This role is ideal for a skilled senior therapist who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and is ready to take the next step into leadership, team mentoring, and operational coordination. As a senior member of the clinic, you'll not only deliver exceptional skin and laser treatments but also play a vital role in supporting the Clinic Manager in driving performance, mentoring junior therapists, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.

Your Impact

As a Clinic Coordinator, you’ll:





- Deliver expert consultations and results-driven treatments with confidence and precision
- Mentor and support junior therapists, sharing your knowledge and lifting team capability
- Assist in managing daily clinic operations, rostering, inventory, and reporting
- Foster a high-performing, client-centric team culture aligned with our values
- Build lasting relationships with clients and support their skin health journey
- Drive clinic performance through achieving KPIs, upselling, and client retention strategies

What You’ll Bring

- Diploma in Beauty Therapy (essential)
- 3+ years of hands-on clinical experience in skin and laser (preferred)
- Experience with medical-grade devices such as Candela GentleLASE or Pro Series (advantageous)
- Natural leadership ability, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for mentoring others
- Proven track record in meeting KPIs and achieving sales targets
- A genuine love for helping others feel confident in their skin
