Are you an experienced Admin support, Sales Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? Do you enjoy supporting high-performing sales teams, coordinating national projects, and building strong relationships across a business?
This is an exciting chance to join a globally recognised market leader, supporting the National Sales, Business Development, Key Accounts and Training teams, based in Pemulwuy.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the national sales operation runs efficiently. You'll work across multiple departments including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance and Logistics, coordinating promotions, events, reporting and customer initiatives that contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse monthly sales reports and business insights
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, catalogues and product launches
- Maintain pricing files, product data and customer information
- Support Key Account Managers with national customer programs
- Coordinate conferences, meetings, travel and company events
- Liaise with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics and Customer Service teams
- Assist with inventory planning and promotional stock availability
- Build strong relationships with customers, dealer networks and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate customer events, training programs and national conferences
- Provide exceptional administrative and operational support to the National Sales team
About You
You'll be a highly organised, proactive professional who enjoys juggling multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service.
You'll bring:
- 5+ years' experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline (preferred)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical and reporting capability
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
- A customer-first mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to travel interstate from time to time to support sales meetings, conferences and events
