Casual evening supervisor positions have become available at Nambour Cinema . Successful candidates will be available to work evenings during peak periods. This includes Thursday through to Sunday, including public & school holidays.
Candidates need to have at minimum 2 years of supervisory experience. 15-20+ hours a week of work available.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Leading a team on evening shifts along with barista & bar work.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and professionally resolve guest enquiries and concerns.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and workplace safety throughout the cinema complex.
- Coordinate and support private events, group bookings and special functions.
- This role is very physical and does require lifting and cleaning.
To be successful in this role you will have:

- Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

- Positive computer literacy & administrative skills.
- A positive, hands-on approach & willingness to lead by example.
- Flexibility to work on a casual roster, including evenings, weekends & public holidays.
