Gladstone Community Linking Agency (GCLA) is seeking an experienced and motivated Disability Service Delivery Leader to lead our Service Delivery operational team and help deliver exceptional, person-centred supports across the Gladstone region.

About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will provide operational leadership across GCLA's Disability Services, ensuring safe, high-quality and compliant service delivery.

You will lead Coordinators and Support Workers while promoting a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and person-centred practice.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach and support Disability operational teams.

Monitor operational performance, staffing and service quality.

Ensure compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards, NDS Code of Conduct and relevant legislation.

Build strong relationships with participants, families and key stakeholders.

Oversee incidents, complaints, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support quality audits, accreditation and organisational growth.





About You

You are a confident and team-oriented leader with experience managing disability services and leading diverse teams. You enjoy building positive workplace cultures and are committed to achieving outstanding outcomes for participants.

To be successful, you will have:

Experience in a senior leadership role within the disability sector.

Strong knowledge of the NDIS Practice Standards and compliance requirements.

Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage operational priorities and improve service delivery.

Relevant qualifications in Disability, Community Services, Social Work or a related discipline.

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or the ability to obtain one).
