The Opportunity You'll be working alongside a highly skilled team on architecturally designed, high-end residential homes where craftsmanship, quality, and attention to detail are everything. What You'll Be Doing

- Delivering high-quality carpentry across luxury residential builds
- Reading and interpreting plans with confidence
- Working closely with Site Managers and experienced trades
- Maintaining exceptional workmanship and site presentation
- Assisting in coordinating subcontractors and site activities as you progress towards a Leading Hand position
- Contributing to projects that set the benchmark for premium residential construction

What We're Looking For

- Qualified Carpenter with residential construction experience




- Experience in custom or high-end residential projects is highly regarded
- Robust eye for detail and pride in producing quality work
- Reliable, motivated, and professional attitude
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Driver's licence and own tools
- Someone looking for long-term career growth into site leadership
