The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) is seeking an APS 6 User Experience Researcher to join the BetStop Taskforce. You will apply user-centred design to analyze registrant journeys, identify pain points for registrants and support people, and recommend data-driven improvements to make the BetStop registration accessible, effective and intuitive for all Australians.
