About The Company

Our client is a growing civil construction business delivering projects across Queensland in road surfacing, civil construction, transport and logistics.

About The Opportunity The primary purpose of this position is to support the end-to-end coordination of tender submissions, from initial release through to final lodgement — keeping submissions on track, maintaining document quality, and helping the business present clear and competitive proposals.

Reporting directly to the Pre-Contracts Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating tender and bid submissions from release to final submission
- Gathering and consolidating information from internal stakeholders
- Preparing, formatting and compiling proposal documents and supporting material




- Reviewing submissions for accuracy, completeness and compliance
- Maintaining tender registers, submission schedules and bid trackers

About You The successful candidate will have:

- Previous experience in a Bid Coordinator, Bid Administrator, Estimating or similar role
- High level Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong written communication and document formatting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational and time management skills
- A current driver's licence
