Racing SA Ltd

Racing SA Ltd is the controlling body for thoroughbred racing in South Australia.

Applications are invited from interested persons for two Directorships on the Racing SA Board plus a further position filling a casual vacancy.

Racing SA Directors are appointed by the Racing SA Ltd Directors Selection Panel for a three-year term. These are remunerated positions.

The casual vacancy has one year of a three-year term remaining and the successful candidate will be eligible to reapply in 2027.

Successful candidates will ideally possess a sound knowledge of contemporary governance, while an understanding and interest in the thoroughbred racing industry will be a significant consideration.

Preferential consideration will be given to persons who are experienced in the areas of:

- legal matters;

- accounting, finance and business management;





- wagering or betting operations.

Applications are welcomed from appropriately qualified professionals with significant experience in their area of expertise.
