Australian International Islamic College is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced professionals who are passionate about contributing to the governance and strategic direction of one of Queensland's leading Islamic schools.
As part of the College's ongoing governance renewal and commitment to best practice, we are looking to appoint independent Directors who can provide strategic oversight, sound judgement and a commitment to the long-term success of the College.
We welcome interest from individuals with experience in areas such as:
- Education
- Governance and risk
- Finance and audit
- Law
- Child safeguarding
- Human resources
- Property and infrastructure
- Business or organisational leadership
Previous board experience is desirable but not essential. Governance training and ongoing professional development will be available to successful applicants.
This is a voluntary governance role suited to individuals who share the College's values and are committed to serving the community through solid, ethical leadership.
