Our Boutique Operations Assistant Angel is highly organised, hands-on, and thrives behind the scenes, ensuring our boutique operates seamlessly. From unpacking beautiful new collections and maintaining impeccable stock standards to fulfilling customer orders with precision, you'll be the operational heartbeat of the boutique. When operational priorities are under control, you'll step confidently onto the floor to deliver exceptional customer service and support our Boutique Stylist Angels in creating unforgettable client experiences.

Previous experience in premium retail or retail operations is highly regarded.

What a CAMILLA Angel will do:

- Ensure the boutique's stockroom is organised, efficient and impeccably maintained.
- Receive, unpack and process current deliveries with accuracy and care.
- Replenish stock to the boutique floor,



maintaining optimal stock levels and presentation.
- Prepare and fulfil customer orders, transfers and click & collect requests efficiently.
- Support inventory accuracy through stock counts, RFID scanning and operational processes.
- Assist with visual merchandising upkeep and maintain the overall presentation of the boutique.
- Deliver an angelic level of service to our retail customers whenever supporting the sales floor.
- Build meaningful relationships with both new and existing CAMILLA Tribe members.
- Support Boutique Stylist Angels during busy trading periods and contribute to achieving boutique sales goals.
- Be a CAMILLA brand ambassador and role model, embracing our culture and values wholeheartedly.
- Bring a proactive, team-first approach, always looking for ways to improve efficiency and elevate the boutique experience.
