Join the Running With Thieves Production Team

Are you passionate about craft beer, spirits and manufacturing? We're looking for an enthusiastic Entry Level Brewer to join our production team and build a rewarding career in the beverage industry.

What You Will Be Doing

- Assist with daily brewhouse and packaging line operations.

- Support brewing, fermentation, dry hopping, filtration and cellar activities.

- Assist with kegging, canning, palletising and warehouse operations.

- Support whisky wash and distillation production activities.

- Conduct quality control checks including carbonation, seam integrity and fill levels.

- Maintain accurate production records and inventory systems.

- Clean and sanitise equipment to maintain food safety standards.

What We Are Looking For

- Passion for brewing, craft beverages and manufacturing.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Good problem-solving and communication skills.

- Reliable, self-motivated and able to work within a team.

- Previous brewing,



food production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.

- Forklift licence desirable or a willingness to obtain one (essential).

Safety and Compliance

- Correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE).

- Report hazards, incidents and near misses promptly.

- Comply with food safety, quality assurance and environmental standards.

- Maintain a safe, clean and organised work workplace.
