About the Position:

An exciting new opportunity exists for a Building Designer / Development Coordinator. Responsibilities will include:

- Assessing residential lots and development requirements.
- Reviewing planning and building guidelines.
- Identifying risks and recommending solutions.
- Preparing documentation for projects and sales.
- Working with consultants and internal teams.




- Supporting land development projects from start to finish.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following:
- Experience in Building Design, Land development or private certification
- 5 years industry experience required
- Strong knowledge of QLD residential planning and building requirements
- Great communication skills
