We’re on the lookout for a proactive, experienced Haulage Supervisor to lead daily bulk haulage operations out of Port Hedland, manage fleet performance, and supervise a team of drivers to ensure smooth, protected, and timely material movement.
About The Role Oversee day-to-day site haulage operations Drive a strong safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives
Coordinate dispatch and delivery schedules to minimise downtime
Lead, support and develop a team of drivers and operators
Monitor fleet performance and ensure vehicles are maintained
Conduct regular compliance and safety checks, including pre-start meetings, safety briefings, and incident investigations
Maintain accurate records and operational documentation
Liaise with internal teams and contractors for seamless coordination About You Proven supervisory experience within Bulk Haulage or Mining Haulage operations
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft software
Strong leadership and team management skills
Hold a current S26 Statutory Supervisor Certification, or be willing to obtain
Sound knowledge of logistics, fleet operations & scheduling
Clear and confident leadership with excellent communication skills
Organised, reliable and solutions-focused under pressure
Hands-on, practical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
