? About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, analyze processes, and support the delivery of innovative business solutions. You'll play an important role in improving operational efficiency, supporting strategic initiatives, and helping drive data-informed decision-making. ? Key Responsibilities

- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders ?
- Assist in mapping, reviewing, and improving business processes
- Prepare functional specifications, business documentation, and workflow diagrams
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, testers, and business teams throughout project lifecycles
- Analyze business data and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure business requirements are met
- Monitor project progress and help track deliverables, risks, and timelines
- Maintain project documentation and ensure data accuracy
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and recommend process enhancements

? Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
- Basic understanding of business analysis concepts, SDLC, and process improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar business analysis tools is an advantage
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies is a plus
- Internship experience, university projects, or relevant certifications such as ECBA are considered an advantage
