Primary Objective: The Customer Resolution Specialist investigates and manages complex customers complaints, escalations, Ombudsman complaints, Ministerial enquiries, and other sensitive customer matters across Jacana Energy.
The role conducts account investigations, identifies root causes, prepares written responses and reports, analyzes trends, and works collaboratively to deliver fair and customer-focused outcomes. The position requires strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced, regulated setting.
