KAEFER Integrated Services are currently seeking Leading Hand Scaffolders to join our maintenance team supporting ongoing industrial maintenance works across sites in the Gladstone region. These roles are ideal for safety‑focused and reliable individuals with strong experience in scaffolding operations and maintenance environments. We are specifically seeking Gladstone‑based personnel to support our local workforce and client commitments.
Advanced scaffolders with significant experience looking for the opportunity to progress their careers, are encouraged to apply.
Lead and coordinate daily scaffolding activities across maintenance and project works.
Oversee safe and efficient erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding systems.
Plan scaffolding tasks in accordance with site procedures, engineering requirements, and standards.
Work collaboratively with scaffolders, tradespeople, supervisors, and other work groups.
Inspect and maintain scaffolding components to ensure compliance and safety.
Participate in pre‑start meetings, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
Support maintenance and project‑related works across industrial sites.
Always promote and maintain a strong safety culture.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Current High Risk Work Licence – Scaffolding Advanced
Current EWP Licence (WP) – Beneficial
Dogging or Rigging Ticket - Beneficial
Construction Industry White Card
Current C Class Driver’s Licence
Working at Heights (within 2 years)
Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
Ability to work independently and as part of a high‑performing team
Current 3 site Medipass or fit and willing to obtain
