Capella Sydney is seeking a dedicated Stewarding team member to assist the Chief Steward in managing the Stewarding Department, keeping a clean back-of-house area, and ensuring clean equipment for kitchens, outlets and banquets.

You will drive the Recycling Program, track waste data, and enter monthly figures into our international databases, while engaging the Green Team and coordinating with cleaning suppliers. A Diploma or Certificate, HACCP knowledge, and robust English are essential.
