As aResident Services Officer, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming,connectedand supportive environment for residents within our Seniors Communities. You willbe the friendly face at the heart of village life, helping residents feel informed, valued and supported every day. Your Opportunity
This is a permanent full-time opportunity based at Castle Hill Village, working Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. As a Resident Services Officer, you will provide frontline customer service,administrationand resident support across our Retirement Village community. Working closely with residents,familiesand village teams, you will help deliver an exceptional resident experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the village.
You will be a key point of contact for enquiries, communications,eventsand resident activities, helping residents stay connected, informed and engaged within their community. With professionalism,warmthand a resident-centred approach, you will:
Customer Service & Resident Support
- Welcome residents, visitors, contractors and guests, providing exceptional reception and concierge services
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident enquiries and concerns
- Assistresidents with accessing village services, digitaltoolsand community activities
Administration & Communication
- Support new resident onboarding and orientation to ensure a positive transition into village life
- Provide practical day-to-dayassistanceand connect residents with the right support when needed
- Manage reception, phone,emailand general administrative activities
- Maintain accurate resident records within village systems and databases
- Coordinate village communications, newsletters,noticesand digital displays
Lifestyle & Community Engagement
- Support meeting coordination, roombookingsand record management
- Assistvillage teams with resident correspondence and information sharing
- Support the delivery of resident activities,eventsand wellbeing programs
- Assistwith event coordination, registrations, roomsetupand feedback collection
- Encourage participation and help residents stay connected to village life
- Support transport and attendance arrangements for village activitieswhererequired
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, suppliers,contractorsand internal teams
- Assistin resolving day-to-day resident concerns and operational matters
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the village

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in customer service, administration,receptionor hospitality roles
- Strong communicationand interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital systems
- Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Current unrestricted Driver's Licence is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
