Steady Steps Support provides in-home support for participants requiring assistance with daily living activities. The role involves personal care, meal preparation, domestic duties, secure transfers using a Sara Stedy and hoist, transport to appointments, and promoting independence.
We value compassionate, patient and reliable individuals with excellent communication, able to work independently and follow support plans. Current First Aid/CPR, NDIS Screening, and driver licence are preferred.
