About the Opportunity
The Regal Inn Tenambit is entering an exciting new chapter, and we're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Bottle Shop Manager to lead the next stage of our journey. Following a significant renovation, our refreshed bottle shop is ready for relaunch, creating a unique opportunity for the right person to take ownership of the store's success, shape the customer experience, build a high-performing team and play a key role in driving growth. What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage daily store operations and ensure a smooth trading environment
- Drive sales, profitability and customer satisfaction
- Oversee stock ordering, inventory management and stock control processes
- Manage merchandising and product presentation to maximise sales opportunities
- Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, RSA and company procedures
- Recruit, coach and develop team members
- Play a key role in the successful relaunch and ongoing growth of the renovated store
About You
- Previous bottle shop, retail liquor or hospitality management experience
- Current NSW RSA Competency Card
- Organised, reliable and takes pride in delivering high standards
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confidence with stock control systems and point-of-sale technology
