About The Role
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Project Management Office team and play a key role in a transformation programme that includes a number of initiatives, including the development and implementation of a firm-wide pricing strategy, as well as process improvements, system replacements and upgrades. You’ll analyse and document current‑state processes, assist in co‑designing target‑state,
support the development of business cases, and elicit and document technology requirements. This is an opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations and our legal practice groups, using your analytical and communication skills to influence decision‑making at the highest level.
What You'll Do
- Document current state and target state processes
- Evaluate how potential changes will affect systems and processes for inclusion in a business case
- Support project planning, documentation and testing
- Elicit and document business and technology requirements
- Support change impact analysis and planning
- Prepare supporting collateral for end users
