Business Analyst – Service Delivery & Performance

Flexible Hybrid Role | National Healthcare Organisation | Work Directly with the CEO

About Humanity Health Group

At Humanity Health Group, we believe every person deserves the opportunity to live life with choice, independence and purpose. As one of Australia's leading allied health and disability providers, we deliver services across allied health, behavioural support, employment and rehabilitation through a growing national network of clinicians and professionals.

We're now looking for a commercially minded Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in helping shape the future of our service delivery.

Working closely with our Group Chief Executive Officer, Executive Team and operational leaders, you'll use data to uncover insights, improve performance and help drive better outcomes for both our clients and our business.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an early to mid-career Business Analyst who enjoys solving problems, analysing complex data and influencing operational decision-making. You'll work across service delivery, workforce performance, client outcomes and operational efficiency—transforming data into practical recommendations that improve utilisation, productivity and the quality of care we deliver.

No two days will be the same. One day you might be analysing clinician utilisation across Australia, the next you'll be identifying opportunities to improve client plan utilisation or building executive dashboards to support strategic decisions.

What You'll Be Doing

Service Delivery & Client Performance

- Analyse service delivery and client outcome data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Monitor client engagement, goal attainment and progression through care pathways.
- Produce meaningful insights that improve client outcomes and operational performance.
- Develop reporting that supports quality improvement initiatives.

Workforce Performance & Capacity Planning

- Monitor clinician utilisation, productivity and service capacity across disciplines.
- Identify workforce bottlenecks and scheduling inefficiencies.
- Support workforce planning through demand and capacity analysis.
- Produce regular utilisation reporting for operational leaders.

Funding & Revenue Optimisation

- Analyse utilisation of NDIS, Medicare, DVA, Workers Compensation and other funded programs.
- Identify under-utilised plans and opportunities to maximise service delivery.
- Assist in identifying revenue leakage and operational gaps.
- Support initiatives that improve conversion of approved services into delivered services.

Reporting & Business Insights

- Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards and operational reports.
- Prepare executive reporting highlighting KPIs, trends and risks.
- Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to support business decisions.
- Assist with forecasting and performance monitoring.

Continuous Improvement

- Investigate operational challenges and identify root causes.
- Map business processes and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Support implementation of operational improvement initiatives.
- Promote data-driven decision making across the organisation.

About You

You'll be naturally curious, analytical and commercially aware, with a passion for turning data into meaningful business improvements.

You'll ideally have

- 1–5 years' experience in a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, Workforce Analyst, Data Analyst or similar role.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Highly Desirable

- Experience within allied health, healthcare, disability or community services.
- Experience analysing workforce utilisation and productivity.
- Power BI or other business intelligence/reporting tools.
- Understanding of NDIS funding and allied health service delivery.
- Experience with operational performance reporting or continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Degree in Business, Commerce, Data Analytics, Health Management, Statistics or a related discipline.

Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 12 months you'll help deliver:
- Improved visibility of clinician utilisation and workforce performance.
- Enhanced reporting on client outcomes and goal attainment.
- Better utilisation of client funding and service plans.
- Actionable operational insights that support executive decision-making.
- Measurable improvements in service efficiency, client outcomes and business performance.

Why Join Humanity Health Group?

- Work directly with the Group CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
- Flexible hybrid working arrangements.
- Genuine prospect to influence organisational strategy.
- National organisation with strong growth ambitions.
- Collaborative and supportive culture.
- Career development and progression opportunities.
- Meaningful work that improves the lives of Australians every day.

If you're passionate about using data to improve healthcare services and want to make a genuine impact within a growing national organisation, we'd love to hear from you. Apply now and help shape the future of healthcare at Humanity Health Group.
