What’s the role?

You’ll join a team of like minded professionals managing a portfolio of Small to Medium Enterprise customers across the Northwestern suburbs and surrounds in Naarm, Wurundjeri Country. Working in a full time capacity, you’ll spend your time connecting with local businesses, building relationships, and helping them grow with the right banking solutions.

As the Business Banking Manager for this region, you’ll be out in market building strong, meaningful connections with customers, understanding their goals, and supporting them through every stage of their business journey. SME continues to evolve, so you’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities, strengthening your portfolio, and delivering solutions that make a real difference.

No two days will look the same. You’ll be networking, deepening existing relationships, structuring lending deals, and proactively identifying new business opportunities across the North Western suburbs of Melbourne.

What do I need?

- Experience in business banking with solid lending knowledge
- Understanding of credit risk and compliance principles
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive approach to identifying and winning new business
