Due to business expansion, we are seeking a Business Development Center (BDC)Manager - NSW to join our dynamic team.

Summary The BDC Manager plays a critical role in driving dealership growth by leading the customer engagement team, optimizing lead management, and ensuring seamless communication between sales, service, and customers. This position requires a results‑oriented leader with strong coaching skills, operational discipline, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the BDC team, setting explicit KPIs and performance standards

Oversee inbound and outbound communications (phone, email, digital) to maximize lead conversion

Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, appointment setting,



and customer retention

Partner with Sales and Service Managers to align BDC activities with dealership goals

Monitor and analyze performance metrics, reporting results to senior management

Recruit, train, and coach team members to achieve high productivity and customer satisfaction

Ensure compliance with dealership processes, brand standards, and customer service excellence Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in automotive dealership operations, preferably in a BDC or sales leadership role

Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of coaching success

Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities

Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and implement improvement strategies
