Market-Leading Package A rare opportunity has become available for an experienced Hip & Knee Territory Manager to join a highly respected global medical technology organisation with an established presence in the Australian orthopaedic market.

This role is specifically seeking a proven hip and knee reconstruction specialist who understands the complexity of arthroplasty, has strong surgeon relationships, and can confidently provide exceptional clinical support within theatre environments.

The successful candidate will take ownership of a key territory, partnering with leading orthopaedic surgeons, hospitals and healthcare teams to drive growth across a premium joint reconstruction portfolio.

Hip & Knee Arthroplasty experience is essential for this position.

We are looking for someone who has a strong track record supporting total hip replacement (THR) and total knee replacement (TKR) procedures and understands the nuances of the arthroplasty market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow an established hip and knee arthroplasty territory
- Provide expert clinical support during total hip and total knee replacement procedures
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, hospitals and theatre teams




- Identify new business opportunities and increase market share
- Support product adoption through exceptional clinical knowledge and customer engagement
- Collaborate with a high-performing national sales team

About You:

- Essential: Previous medical device sales experience within hip and knee arthroplasty
- Solid understanding of total joint reconstruction procedures
- Existing relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders
- Proven ability to grow revenue and develop a territory
- Confident working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Passionate about clinical excellence and improving patient outcomes
