The role

You will be responsible for building relationships with clients and candidates across the Property, Development and Construction market.

Your role will include:

- Building and managing client relationships
- Developing new business opportunities
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Managing recruitment processes from start to finish
- Crafting Ad strategy to maximise visibility and engagement
- Networking across the industry
- Negotiating offers
- Providing market advice to clients and candidates
- Building a strong personal brand within your market

About you:

- Recruitment experience not essential; Business Development Managers and Sales Representatives encouraged to apply




- Proven ability to drive current business growth
- Curious and eager to learn
- Passionate about the Real Estate or Property industry
- Confident building relationships
- No fear of picking up the phone
- Commercially minded
- Target-driven and motivated by results
- Resilient and adaptable
- Interested in long-term career growth
- Experience selling services and solutions into the construction industry will be highly regarded
