QLI Fitness Equipment Australia is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Silverwater. This is a hands-on, sales-target-driven role for someone who knows the Australian fitness industry, understands commercial fitness equipment and is ready to build genuine long-term growth.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales, preferably in a B2B environment within the fitness industry.
- Strong skills in lead generation, prospect qualification, and pipeline management.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships, conduct persuasive presentations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and market insights to inform strategy.
- Competence in using CRM systems and standard office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,



with strong attention to detail and professional business etiquette.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Knowledge of the local market in Silverwater, NSW and surrounding regions is an advantage.
- Comfort with on-site work, client visits, and occasional travel as required.
