Business Development Manager | Commercial Fitout An established commercial fitout contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to drive continued growth across Sydney.
This is an opportunity to join a well-respected business with a strong delivery capability and an impressive portfolio of workplace and commercial fitout projects.
The role is focused on developing new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships and working closely with internal delivery teams from initial engagement through to project award.
About the role
- Develop new business opportunities across the commercial fitout sector
- Build relationships with commercial real estate agents, tenant representatives, project managers and consultants
- Identify and secure workplace fitout opportunities
- Work closely with estimating and delivery teams throughout the tender process
- Represent the business at industry and networking events
About you
- Proven Business Development experience within commercial construction or fitout
- Existing network within commercial real estate highly regarded
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Commercially driven with a proactive approach to winning current business
