What you’ll be doing:

- Build and maintain relationships with referral providers and community stakeholders
- Research and pursue new referral opportunities to support business growth
- Deliver presentations, attend expos and represent Dovida within the community
- Maintain accurate records of referral activities, enquiries and client interactions




- Work closely with internal teams to support onboarding targets and growth objectives

A bit about you:

- You’ve got experience in sales, networking, or business development (bonus points for aged care knowledge!)
- You’re a confident communicator - written, spoken, and everything in between
- Your people skills are next level - building trust and relationships is your jam
- You have solid administration, organisation and time management capabilities
