We're partnering with a well-established not-for-profit organisation seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to help drive smarter decision-making through data. This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation that is continuing to invest in its technology, reporting capability and business intelligence function. Working across a broad range of business areas, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs, uncover insights and develop meaningful dashboards that support strategic and operational decision-making.

One of your first key projects will be supporting a large payroll reconciliation initiative, working closely with payroll and business stakeholders to analyse complex datasets, investigate discrepancies and deliver accurate, reliable reporting that supports business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support a major payroll reconciliation project by analysing payroll and workforce data, identifying discrepancies and delivering meaningful reporting.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other Business Intelligence tools.
- Analyse business data to identify trends, opportunities and performance insights.




- Work closely with technical teams to ensure reliable and accessible data for the business.About You You'll bring a combination of strong analytical capability and excellent communication skills, with the confidence to work directly with stakeholders across the organisation.

About you:

You'll combine strong technical capability with excellent communication skills and enjoy partnering with stakeholders to solve real business problems. Must have:

- Microsoft Fabric, SQL Server, Power BI
- Strong SQL development and data analysis skills.

Advantageous:

- Salesforce and/or SAP Business One experience
- Experience analysing payroll, finance or workforce data.
- Advanced Excel skills, including working with complex datasets.
