Role Description The Business Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Parramatta BMW dealership and servicing centre in Parramatta, NSW.

The Business

Manager will oversee the end-to-end finance and insurance process for vehicle customers, including presenting tailored financing options, preparing and explaining contracts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role will work closely with the sales team to support closing deals, maximize profitability, and deliver a seamless customer experience.



Daily responsibilities include managing lender relationships, monitoring key performance metrics, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with reporting to management.

The Business

Manager will also contribute to process improvements, uphold dealership standards, and promote a customer-centric culture aligned with Parramatta BMW’s vision of complete satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong customer service, relationship management, and communication skills to support a premium client experience.

Proficiency in automotive finance, insurance products, and basic accounting or financial analysis.

Experience in sales, negotiation, and closing transactions in a dealership or similar retail environment.

Ability to work effectively with internal teams, manage multiple priorities, and meet performance targets.

Attention to detail, compliance awareness, and familiarity with relevant financial and privacy regulations.

Prior experience as a Business Manager, Finance Manager, or in automotive finance is highly beneficial.

Comfort using dealership management systems, CRM tools, and standard office software.

Relevant qualifications in business, finance, commerce, or a related field are an advantage.
