Position: Business Services Officer

Salary starting from: Level 2.1 $74,011- Level 3.1 $81,575 Superannuation

Location: Logan Administration Centre

As part of the Plumbing Services Team, you will be responsible for liaising with customers via telephone, email and face to face. You will aid in the creation of new plumbing applications from beginning to end and assist the residents of Logan City.

Please note, this position is for a 12-month maximum term contract, with the possibility of extension.

Position Responsibilities include:

- Ability to multitask, touch-type and provide great customer service, problem resolution and effective verbal communication
- A collaborative, team first mindset. If the team works, the dream works!!!
- Well structured, professional and timely written communication that is audience appropriate and grammatically correct.
- Proactive, customer focussed and a can-do attitude
- Always maintain confidentiality and professionalism when privy to sensitive, private, privileged or confidential information

Knowledge, skills and experience:

- Have solid administration, customer service & communication skills,
- excellent attention to detail




- can effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- are self-motivated & show initiative, and
- enjoy working as part of a supportive team

Highly Desirable

- Knowledge of the plumbing and drainage industry
- Backflow trade knowledge
