Business Support Officer | Senior Administration I Permanent Full Time

Albury, NSW I Wiradjuri Country

Are you an experienced administration professional who excels at supporting senior leaders, coordinating complex activities, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes?

Marathon Health is seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Support Officer to provide high-level administrative support to our Strategic Operations Team. This is a diverse and rewarding role where your ability to manage competing priorities, build robust stakeholder relationships, and deliver exceptional administrative support will be highly valued.

About the Role

As our Business Support Officer, you will play a key role through the delivery of professional, accurate and timely administrative services.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing high-level administrative support to the Strategic Operations Team
- Managing diaries and coordinating travel arrangements
- Organising meetings, workshops, forums and events
- Preparing agendas, reports, presentations and meeting minutes
- Assisting with Board and funding body reporting requirements
- Supporting contract administration and document management processes
- Creating and maintaining forms, spreadsheets and business tools
- Processing credit card reconciliations and reimbursements
- Assisting with project work and organisational initiatives





About You We are looking for a capable and experienced administrator who can confidently work with senior leaders and manage a broad range of responsibilities.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Essential

- Demonstrated experience providing high-level administrative support to executives, senior leaders or management teams
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A professional, collaborative and customer-focused approach

Desirable

- Qualifications in Business Administration or a related discipline
- Experience in contract administration or contract management
- Experience working in the health, community services, disability or not-for-profit sectors
- Experience using databases and reporting systems
