What we're looking for

- Previous experience in outbound sales or 360 Recruitment
- Ambitious, driven & resilient individuals with a desire to improve and progress in your career
- Entrepreneurial mindset to grow your business
- Confidence to communicate clearly with clients on a daily basis
- Proactive, go-getter attitude
- Must be Australian PR / Citizen

What you'll be doing:
- You'll receive full training and support on your sales development pathway
- Proactive business development and account management
- Attending events and networking
- Manage the end to end process - arranging interviews, salary negotiation and closing
