The Opportunity

As the Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for growing the residential rent roll by generating new managements, conducting rental appraisals and converting landlords through outstanding service and relationship management.

Unlike many BDM roles, you'll receive:

- Your own designated geographical territory.
- All enquiry leads within your allocated area.
- No referral fees or company commission deductions on your business.
- Full administration, leasing and marketing support after every new management is secured.
- Flexibility with hybrid working available.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, database management and local networking.
- Conduct rental appraisals and present tailored property management solutions.
- Build strong relationships with landlords and convert opportunities into new managements.
- Maintain an active pipeline and consistently follow up prospective clients.
- Work closely with the property management and leasing teams to ensure seamless client handovers.




- Manage all activity through PropertyMe CRM.
- Achieve monthly growth and business development targets.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience as a Business Development Manager, Property Manager or Real Estate Sales Consultant.
- Ideally 2+ years' experience, although exceptional candidates with 12+ months experience are encouraged to apply.
- Proven ability to build relationships and win new business.
- Robust communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, organised and target driven.
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence.
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
