Qualified Butcher Assistant Manager Full-Time

Requirements

- Trade qualified butcher
- Experience in retail butchery
- Strong knife skills and meat preparation capabilities
- Excellent Customer service with attention to detail
- Passion to create new dishes, and ideas
- Previous retail or butchery experience
- If you have no experience as an Assistant Manager the right applicant will be trained by our Master Butcher
- Great Personality
- Robust leadership and communication skills
- Organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Wrapping, cleaning, and general shop duties
- Must be reliable, trustworthy, friendly,



and willing to learn
- Must reside in Australia to apply
