We're looking for someone who: • Can confidently lead, motivate and develop a team. • Has a strong understanding of all aspects of retail butchery. • Understands product costing, gross profit and product development. • Is committed to following HR policies and Safe Food procedures. • Leads by example with excellent customer service and attention to detail. • Is organised, reliable and takes pride in maintaining high standards.
