About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker/Joinery to join our talented team at Project22 in our Scoresby, Victoria location. As a Cabinet Maker, you will be responsible for the full life cycle of custom cabinet design, fabrication and installation. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development.

What you'll be doing

- Interpret design plans and drawings to fabricate high-quality custom cabinets and furniture pieces

- Operate woodworking machinery and tools to cut, shape, and assemble cabinet components

- Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure cabinetry meets specified requirements

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment

What we're looking for

- Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Cabinet Maker in a commercial or residential setting

- Strong working knowledge of cabinet construction techniques, materials, and finishes

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting design plans and technical drawings

- Skilled in the use of power tools, hand tools, and woodworking machinery

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities





- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Solid time management and organisational skills
