What you'll be doing:

- Managing applications, leases, and renewals from start to finish
- Coordinating maintenance and delivering solutions quickly




- Conducting inspections and ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard
- Overseeing bond processes and tenancy administration
- Creating positive experiences for landlords and tenants through proactive communication

What we are looking for:

- Current QLD Certificate of Registration (is essential to be considered for this role)
- Minimum 2 years in Property Management
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A reliable, honest, and hardworking attitude
