About The Role
We are seeking energetic, outgoing, and persuasive Street Promoters/Lead Generation Specialists to join our team. The primary goal of this position is to act as the face of our brand in high-traffic public areas, engaging with potential customers to create brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and capture contact information
What You'll Be Doing
- Approaching people in busy streets, shopping precincts and events
- Quickly introducing our new product and generating curiosity
- Collecting name and phone number from interested prospects
- Entering leads into a easy form on your phone
- Keeping the energy high and engaging with large volumes of people
What We're Looking For
- High energy personality
- Thick skinned - able to handle rejection
- Confident approaching strangers
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and driven by performance-based earnings
- Sales, promotions, or fundraising experience is a plus
